About the position

The Senior Project Manager at HTC Global Services is responsible for providing day-to-day project management support, ensuring successful project execution, and collaborating closely with clients. This role involves creating project documentation, monitoring project deliverables, and analyzing risks to facilitate effective project management in software development projects. The position offers opportunities for career advancement while working with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support.
• Create project documentation including status reports, project schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Plan activities and resources for projects.
• Analyze project risks and issues, identifying mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project deliverables and processes.
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis for projects.
• Document specifications and track requirements.
• Support ongoing processes on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Project Manager for Software Development projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Government Project Management experience.
• Familiarity with ASANA.
• Familiarity with Jama and/or Zephyr testing systems.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
