About the position

The Special Projects Manager at Rowan plays a crucial role in managing and executing strategic projects that align with the CEO's priorities. This position involves close collaboration with the Nurse Leadership Team to ensure that new studios adhere to the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard, enhancing the overall ear-piercing experience. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables, timelines, and risks for company-wide cross-functional strategic projects.
• Support on special projects to test out new ideas.
• Constantly look for areas of improvement, structure, and standardization.
• Manage the operations of nurse training at new and existing studios to ensure Rowan opens with as many piercing services as possible.
• Partner with the Nurse Leadership Team to codify training programs, innovate on processes, and lay the foundation to operate at scale.
• Work with the new studio opening team and HR teams to ensure that new studio opening dates take into account training needs.

Requirements

• Former experience in management consulting, investment banking, or product management is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept in stakeholder management.
• Creative and innovative approach, focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability and willingness to travel, including on select weekends.
