About the position

Vivacity Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Strategic Internal Business Operations. This role involves overseeing all internal projects related to business operations and the Device Care Team, ensuring that project scopes and objectives are clearly defined and met. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, develop detailed work plans, and ensure quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scopes and objectives
• Lead and manage operations projects utilizing best practices
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively
• Establish and manage comprehensive project plans with communication cadence and progress checkpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure understanding of project goals, deadlines, and challenges
• Implement projects according to Vivacity standards and adapt as necessary
• Manage initial scope of work and address scope changes
• Build expert level knowledge of company products, services, and processes
• Utilize project management software for development, organization, and execution of projects
• Prepare and track budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 5-8 years of project management and related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train others
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software
