About the position

The Project Manager / System Analyst for Cloud Supply Chain at Girikon Inc. is responsible for leading complex projects related to supply chain management. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing supply chain processes, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in project management, supply chain planning, and analytics, with a focus on optimizing inventory and supply plans for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support and manage the entire Supply Chain Management process, including issues regarding Logistics, Procurement, Cataloged, Payments, Invoicing, and Shipping & Receiving.
  • Manage vendor relationships, define sourcing and fulfillment strategy, forecast demand, and analyze data to make informed sourcing decisions.
  • Responsible for data center equipment supply planning for sustaining and new products, interpreting demand signals and translating them into supply and inventory plans.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of an accurate supply and inventory plan through the product lifecycle.
  • Manage material supply, including inventory and new product demand requirements to meet business objectives, coordinating with demand planning on changes to demand.
  • Communicate new product material plans and status to internal customers.
  • Document process solutions and requirements.
  • Define and manage clear business metrics and goals to manage supply chain performance.
  • Design and create interactive data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using BI tools like Tableau.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, or demand planning.
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools.
  • Experience in development and implementation of planning systems and processes.
  • Experience in planning materials for new product launches and transitions.
  • Experience in analytics, SQL, or BigQuery.
