About the position

The Systems Integrator role is focused on managing and supporting various implementation projects within the Technology Delivery Factory (TDF) process. This position requires a blend of technical and project management skills to gather and define system requirements, validate standards, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. The Systems Integrator will collaborate with project teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding of applications into data centers, ensuring effective delivery of infrastructure services aligned with governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead TDF intake meetings and initiate requirements gathering.
• Document outputs of the approved application logical design.
• Work through requirements for testing documentation and create infrastructure build specifications when applicable.
• Serve as the primary liaison between application project managers and Technology Infrastructure teams.
• Guide teams on best practices for infrastructure delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure processes.
• Coordinate resources and organize working sessions to address project needs and resolve issues.
• Engage with Architecture & Engineering groups to facilitate configuration and delivery of infrastructure services.
• Contribute to the development of new Technology Delivery processes to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Project Management.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database systems and SQL.
• Understanding of networking infrastructure.
• Associate's degree or higher with 3-6 years of relevant experience in a technical or project management role.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Clarizen, and Aris is advantageous.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
• Additional certifications in any of the core technical skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
