About the position

The Project Manager - Talent Acquisition systems at Worley will lead the implementation of a new ATS/CRM project within a global team. This role focuses on managing project delivery, fostering stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and timing goals. The position is temporary, lasting approximately 8-12 months, and allows for remote work or office-based work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a project delivery team with clear purpose and goals.
  • Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating regularly about plans, risks, blockers, turning points, and opportunities.
  • Manage and deliver TA/HR technology projects within a complex, matrixed global organization.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and timing goals.
  • Monitor project budget, resources, and schedule effectively.
  • Establish and govern the project plan, including risks and opportunities.
  • Provide project status updates in accordance with the governance framework.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex ATS/CRM projects with integrations, data uplift, and regulatory considerations.
  • Successful implementation of AI-driven technology such as EightfoldAI, Phenom, Hiretual, Beamery, etc. is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in successfully delivering projects within global or multi-national organizations.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Well-developed global leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive working relationships, including remote collaboration with technical and functional teams.
  • Strong budget management, project controls, and commercial acumen in relation to project delivery and benefit realization.
  • Knowledge of ERP, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions is highly regarded.
  • Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management or Change Management from recognized professional bodies are valued.
