About the position

The Project Manager - Talent Acquisition Systems will lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project within Worley's global team. This role is crucial for managing complex technology projects that align with the company's goals of sustainable energy and resource management. The position allows for remote work and is a temporary contract lasting approximately 8-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a project delivery team with clear purpose and goals.
• Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships, communicating regularly about plans, risks, blockers, turning points, and opportunities.
• Manage and deliver TA/HR technology projects within a complex, matrixed global organization.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and timing goals.
• Monitor project budget, resources, and schedule effectively.
• Establish and govern the project plan, including risks and opportunities.
• Provide project status updates in accordance with the governance framework.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex ATS/CRM projects with integrations, data uplift, and regulatory considerations.
• Successful implementation of AI-driven technology such as EightfoldAI, Phenom, Hiretual, Beamery, etc. is highly preferred.
• Strong background in successfully delivering projects within global or multi-national organizations.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Well-developed global leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build productive working relationships, including remote collaboration with technical and functional teams.
• Strong budget management, project controls, and commercial acumen in relation to project delivery and benefit realization.
• Knowledge of ERP, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions is highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications/certifications in Project Management or Change Management from recognized professional bodies are valued.
