As a Project Manager, you will lead New Associate Orientation, keeping our team updated with the latest leadership changes and program modifications, ensuring our video content is always fresh and relevant. You will manage all Talent Acquisition communications, ensuring our messaging is on point for internal and external candidates, hiring leaders, and new associates. Your role will also involve optimizing experiences by using cutting-edge People & Culture technologies like Workday HCM and Brassring ATS to refine and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with recruiters, support specialists, TA leadership, and other stakeholders to build strong, effective relationships. Additionally, you will create engaging content, developing social media campaigns and training videos that captivate and attract top talent. Tracking and measuring project milestones will be essential, as you will assess impact and make necessary adjustments to keep everything on track. Finally, you will innovate and inspire by bringing your unique perspective and expertise to the table, backed by data and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead New Associate Orientation and keep the team updated with the latest leadership changes and program modifications.
  • Manage all Talent Acquisition communications for internal and external candidates, hiring leaders, and new associates.
  • Optimize candidate and hiring manager experiences using Workday HCM and Brassring ATS.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, support specialists, TA leadership, and other stakeholders to build effective relationships.
  • Create engaging content, including social media campaigns and training videos to attract top talent.
  • Track project milestones, assess impact, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Innovate and inspire by bringing unique perspectives and expertise backed by data and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
  • Strong project management and change management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for new ideas and innovations to drive business results.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to measure the impact of talent strategy campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with design tools like Canva and videography development.
  • 3+ years in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related area.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
