About the position

The Program Manager will report to the Organizational Development (OD) Manager and will collaborate with OD team members and stakeholders to design and implement leadership development, culture, and teambuilding programs. The role focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness and fostering a supportive workplace culture that promotes dignity and respect for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing project plans to ensure deadlines are met and quality is delivered.
  • Establishing and scaling best practices for program and project management for the OD team.
  • Partnering with the OD team to track project plans and send status reports to stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing tasks across multiple projects effectively.
  • Facilitating alignment on project plans and driving timely execution of deliverables.
  • Creating a communication channel with program participants for updates and feedback.
  • Assisting with OD change management and communications strategies.
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals and training materials for successful implementation.
  • Conducting post project/program evaluations and capturing feedback for future improvements.
  • Determining success metrics and measuring the impact of each program over time.
  • Assisting with utilizing the LMS for various programs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in a corporate HR/L&D/OD setting.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience with HR/L&D/OD Program design and internal communications.
  • Experience with UKG or other 3rd party HRIS; additional LMS experience preferred.
  • Experience with Project Management Software.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work independently.
