About the position

We are hiring a Project Manager & Technical Account Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of a project(s) to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. The incumbent is also responsible and accountable for the execution of the PSC mission, ‘to maintain the integrity and professionalism of our products and services while enabling steady growth and development.' This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and customer success, ensuring that the needs and objectives of clients are met effectively. The Project Manager & Technical Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery and address client concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing account strategies aimed at maximizing client retention and success. This includes understanding client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. The role also involves identifying and actively pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales team to develop proposals, and presenting customized solutions that align with client requirements. In addition to client management, the Project Manager & Technical Account Manager will lead and manage projects from initiation to closure. This encompasses all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The incumbent will apply technical expertise to provide guidance during project design and implementation, ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and organized. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. The Project Manager & Technical Account Manager will actively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion. Regular updates and effective communication within the project team and stakeholders are essential, as is adherence to quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective client engagement, customer success, and provide effective business development support.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize client retention and success.
  • Serve as main point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and present tailored solutions for client needs.

  • Lead activities across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Execute project lifecycle documentation, design documentation, and control plans.
  • Lead change control processes, evaluating proposed changes for their impact on processes, equipment, and systems.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation, including protocols, reports, risk assessments, and change control records.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional project teams to drive project completion and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, leading project management efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables.
  • Identify tasks and develop detailed schedules, collaborating with functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Actively monitor project progress, while identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Implement change control processes to minimize project risks.
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication within the project team and stakeholders.
  • Adhere to quality standards and compliance at all times, implementing quality processes, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage project resources (including personnel, budget, equipment, etc.) identifying and resolving any restraints.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account activities, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Technical expertise in relevant fields to provide guidance during project design and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing account strategies for client retention and success.
