About the position

The Project Manager - Technical III role is part of the Martech and Patient Solutions team within the IT department, focusing on delivering IT Marketing projects and solutions. This position requires a blend of soft and hard skills to manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring collaboration across various departments and stakeholders. The Project Manager is expected to maintain a customer-centric mindset to meet business goals and deliver quality products that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets as applicable
• Identify and manage key dependencies across other IT Marketing initiatives in flight
• Ensure project delivery according to established agreements between all teams
• Ensure accurate reporting of in-flight activities, including risks and escalations
• Facilitate strong communication with internal/external stakeholders
• Create and maintain project plans using Smartsheet and/or MS Excel
• Facilitate status meetings such as weekly status and daily stand-ups
• Create and maintain weekly status reports
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and mitigating actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' project management experience
• Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with key marketing technologies such as Adobe (AEM/AEP/ACM), Salesforce Health Cloud, MuleSoft, Informatica MDM
• Strong functional/technical requirement gathering skills
• Ability to produce process maps and trace requirements to testing and acceptance criteria

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification
• Experience with Scrum methodology
