About the position

Navistar is seeking a Project Manager-Technical Service Process to lead the Tech Service line of business within the Dealer Development Contact Center. This role involves managing and improving operational processes, creating and adjusting Standard Operating Procedures, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, adjusting, and managing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Project management of new workstreams
  • Measuring and improving the efficiency of daily operations
  • Coordination of a large, cross-functional group

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of project/program management experience OR Master's degree with at least 3 years of project/program management experience OR at least 7 years of project/program management experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong project management skills
  • LEAN / Six Sigma skills
  • Understanding of process mapping and documentation
  • Familiarity with dealer parts and service operations
  • Knowledge of Navistar systems including Salesforce, International 360, Digital Dealer, and On Command Connection (OCC)
