About the position

The Project Manager - Technical role is responsible for overseeing contract support operations, managing multiple projects and personnel across various locations. The position serves as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer and coordinates all work ordered by task orders, ensuring effective planning and execution of contract activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of contract support activities.
• Coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Serve as the point of contact with the Contracting Officer and representatives.
• Oversee multiple projects and groups of personnel at various locations.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in design, development, and delivery of technical training and training products.
• Direct supervision of technical personnel involved in life cycle management support of complex systems.
• Proficiency in PHP, MS SQL, Linux, HTML, and LAMP environment.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Visio.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Javascript is a plus.
• PMP certification.
