About the position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and controlling all project directives related to contracts, ensuring timely accomplishment of specified requirements. This role involves working closely with senior management to establish program priorities and managing contract personnel while adhering to established policies and budgetary constraints. The successful candidate will oversee support services for various IT domains including Azure Cloud Development, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage all aspects of project management efficiently and effectively.
• Review project proposals to determine timeframe, funding limitations, and staffing requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of contract deliverables and project charts.
• Perform job cost analysis and maintain customer satisfaction with project execution.
• Develop and maintain IT programs according to approved design requirements.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and RFQs, including cost estimates and proposals.
• Implement industry best practices and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in a Project Management role or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience managing enterprise IT support projects for the Federal Government.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA), CPIC, SDLC, IT Security Management, and Risk Management.
