About the position

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and securing complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. This position involves performing complex administrative and analytical tasks, providing technical and operational leadership, and ensuring the successful execution of project activities while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
• Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or task(s).
• Report, track, and provide alternatives resulting from changes with cost, time, and scope of a project.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work products.
• Engage users to perform requirement elicitation and derivation, generate formal requirement documents, and verify activities to close-out project requirements.
• Lead the development and enhancement of lifecycle artifacts required during the SE lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
• 5-8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive work experience as a Project Manager or Project Integrator with demonstrated IT history.
• Effective communication skills and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and work within tight schedule timelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Expertise in SharePoint use.
• Verified experience managing project schedules with Microsoft Project.
• Ability to create quality analytical products including visualizations, briefs, workflows, diagrams, and reports.
• Experience in identifying areas of gaps and inefficiencies and providing recommendations.
