• Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Continuously monitor and report project progress.
• Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure thorough and up-to-date project documentation.
• Drive effective change management strategies for smooth project implementation.
• Mentor and guide project team members.

Requirements

• 8 - 10 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in PowerShell/Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of software scanning and interpreting vulnerability reports.
• Experience with Splunk or other reporting tools for log reading.
