About the position

The Project Manager for Water and Transportation Infrastructure at Parametrix, Inc. is responsible for overseeing project activities across various disciplines, ensuring alignment with client goals and milestones. This role involves managing processes such as procurement, risk management, and document control, while leading the development of project management plans and procedures. The position offers flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and requires collaboration with clients and team members to deliver outstanding infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project activities across multiple disciplines, including owner's advisory services, procurement, construction management, and technical engineering services.
• Lead the creation and implementation of project management plans and procedures to support efficient project execution.
• Ensure comprehensive project schedules are developed and aligned with milestones and client goals.
• Provide expertise in contract analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to enhance project planning and execution strategies.
• Participate in business development, RFP support, and client presentations to contribute to department growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience for Project Manager role.
• 10+ years of progressive multi-disciplinary project management experience for Senior Project Manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience overseeing owner's advisory services, procurement strategies, and construction management.
• Expertise in project scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and process oversight.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP or other relevant certification is preferred.
• Experience with alternative/collaborative delivery methods is preferred.
• Experience with contract analysis and constructability reviews.
