About the position

The Project Manager for Water or Wastewater will play a crucial role in guiding clients through all phases of water infrastructure projects, from concept to construction completion. This position involves managing client interactions, budgets, and project schedules while providing technical leadership and mentorship to project engineers. The role is integral to ensuring quality standards are met and involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through all phases of water infrastructure projects from concept to construction completion.
• Manage client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee project budgets and implement project schedules for multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project engineers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards through the development of permit applications, drawings, specifications, and reports.

Requirements

• Considerable years of consulting engineering experience in the water industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Project management experience and strong technical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership ability and a desire to manage and mentor others.

• Experience with hydraulic modeling services.
