About the position

Taoti Creative is seeking a mid- to senior-level Project Manager to lead web and digital projects. The role involves being the project champion, managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager will have significant autonomy and responsibility, working closely with a small, agile team to deliver creative solutions for clients, primarily in the non-profit sector. Responsibilities

• Lead web and digital projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Coordinate with designers, strategists, and developers to ensure project success.
• Utilize the QIST Fund to enhance project outcomes beyond the initial scope.
• Adapt to challenges and find creative solutions to project issues.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote open communication.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, particularly in web and digital projects.
• Proficiency in Drupal and WordPress.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with budget management and client relations.

• Familiarity with social media management.
• Experience in UX design or development processes.
