We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Project Manager with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and a strong background in high-end residential design. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Principals by tracking project progress, managing permitting schedules, and overseeing construction budgets. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for consultants, contractors, and clients on assigned projects. The role will also involve project design development, document production, and management of the design team. Responsibilities

  • Support the Principals in tracking project progress and permitting schedules.
  • Manage construction budgets for assigned projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with consultants, contractors, and clients.
  • Oversee project design development and document production.
  • Manage designers assigned to the project team.

Requirements

  • Accredited degree in architecture.
  • 4-8 years of experience in high-end residential design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (must have).
  • Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Willingness to sketch ideas freehand for communication with the project team.
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for design.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working in the San Francisco Bay or North Bay areas.
