About the position
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in the early stages of implementing a new Workforce Management (WFM) tool, Zebra. This position requires strong communication skills and business acumen to effectively collaborate with multiple brands, each with unique needs. The PM will be responsible for creating a project plan and managing various work streams, data requirements, and API integrations while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the Zebra WFM tool.
- Manage multiple work streams and coordinate data needs across different brands.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Learn the business quickly to adapt to the needs of various brands and stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of APIs and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
