Zodiac Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in digital implementation to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position requires a candidate who can effectively manage projects that blend both business and technology aspects, ideally with a focus on digital implementations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the creation and maintenance of implementation plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. In the pre-implementation phase, the Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive communication plan for both internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as a conduit between vendors, technology teams, and product management, contributing to the robustness of PMO processes and the management of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies). The Project Manager will also need to stay informed about user acceptance testing (UAT) outcomes to effectively feed into the implementation plans and support teams by facilitating discussions and solutions across the board. Additionally, planning for market nuances is essential as the rollout begins for international markets. During the implementation phase, the Project Manager will efficiently roll out the implementation process, which includes managing customer volume dial-up across lines of business and conducting go/no-go calls. It is critical to ensure and confirm the configuration of end-to-end capabilities as defined by the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for gathering, refining, and continuously monitoring health scores based on agreed KPIs, acting as the primary point of contact during implementation, and coordinating all stakeholders towards a common goal. Maintaining high levels of clarity and communication is essential, as is ensuring timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and quality in partnership with workstream leads and PMO leaders. The Project Manager must also keep a close watch on impacts to legacy lines of business and respond efficiently to any issues that arise. Post-implementation, the Project Manager will communicate formally and informally with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, as per the communication plan. Analyzing KPI trends and making recommendations to senior leadership to improve optimization and servicing will be a key responsibility. The Project Manager will review all issues and risks encountered during and after implementation, preparing a risk response plan and providing ongoing feedback, support, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of individuals and departments. Finally, the Project Manager will prepare for the next market rollout and conduct a Lessons Learned exercise for knowledge sharing, ultimately handing off to production support.
