- Utilize past experience in roofing, restoration, or a related field to fast track to mentorship.
- Go door-to-door setting inspections for potential clients.
- Climb rooftops to perform inspections and document storm damage.
- Assist homeowners in initiating the insurance claim process if sufficient damage is identified.
- Communicate with homeowners about the inspection results and follow up after storms.
- Review and get contingency agreements signed by homeowners.
- Meet with insurance adjusters to secure roof approvals.
- Manage the build process and document progress with photos.
- Collect payments from homeowners at various stages of the project.
- Follow up with homeowners post-project to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
