About the position

The Project Manager with Scrum Master role at HCLTech involves managing projects using Agile methodologies while overseeing project deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires acting as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile practices, ultimately driving successful project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using agile methodologies.
• Act as a scrum master, facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Implement change management processes to address any scope changes or project deviations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices within the project team.
• Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Requirements

• Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a scrum master.
• Solid understanding of project management and change management principles.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
