About the position

The Creative and Player Services organization is seeking a Project Manager to grow its Quarterly Planning team. This role will manage key global initiatives, as well as help define and implement processes and methodologies to ensure projects are driven efficiently and are aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization.
  • Lead all aspects of day-to-day management and execution of specific projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Provide governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
  • Lead the project teams, track and communicate progress, and address issues to keep projects on track.
  • Engage with high-level partners on activities across projects and at the project level.
  • Establish knowledge management repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing across projects.
  • Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure project and portfolio performance.
  • Monitor project performance against predefined objectives and metrics.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher and 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or related field is required.
  • Strong presentation skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills (PMP or other project management certification is nice to have).
  • Experience building and managing relationships with executive stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Proven expertise in project management and scheduling tools.
  • Experience managing, mitigating, and resolving project risks.
  • Solid understanding of Agile project management processes and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing, partnerships, or gaming industry is a plus.
