About the position

Beeby Clark+Meyler is seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to lead digital advertising projects and drive process innovation through AI-enabled workflows. This role involves overseeing complex, performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across various channels while implementing AI tools to streamline project administration and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and execution of data-driven digital marketing projects across multiple channels, including social media, search, video, and e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Strategy, Creative, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure flawless execution of client projects.
  • Integrate AI-powered workflows into project management processes, automating administrative tasks such as organizing client notes, scheduling, and managing project trackers to increase operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the AI-enablement team, contributing to the ongoing implementation of AI tools to streamline processes and enhance client outcomes.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and projects remain on schedule.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication, actionable outcomes, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Drive the production and delivery of comprehensive post-campaign reports.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs and offering top-tier service.
  • Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring high-quality execution across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media project management, preferably in a fast-paced agency or agency-like environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising channels, including social, search, e-commerce, video, and performance-based media.
  • Proven experience in utilizing AI-based tools to automate workflows and drive efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and lead internal teams.
  • Highly organized, with a sharp attention to detail and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in advertising tagging, analytics, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, with a focus on accountability and driving outcomes.
