About the position

The Project Manager at Top Tempo Technical is responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and coordinating community engagement initiatives, programs, and events. This role involves client retention, customer servicing, and providing technical support related to outreach efforts across various industries and policy issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer expectations and project communications across multiple stakeholders and multiple projects within a given account.
  • Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, track, and support the company's community outreach and public engagement efforts from initial planning phases through completion.
  • Outreach, engage and enhance relationships with targeted communities.
  • Establish, build, and maintain relationships and oversee meetings with elected officials, government agencies, CBOs, and other community stakeholders.
  • Present and speak at various community meetings and events as needed.
  • Plan, write, and edit material for advertisements, news releases, internal communications, promotional events, and other public information.

Requirements

  • 3 years + of account and project management experience
  • Background in community engagement and event production experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Quick-to-learn acumen for other software platforms
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
