About the position

The Project Manager will lead client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects for an international banking client. This role involves managing virtual teams to ensure successful client onboarding and integration, while also contributing to business development and representing the team in client interactions. The position requires strong project management skills and familiarity with the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to align internal processes with client needs and document project scope with stakeholders.
• Lead high-priority projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions to address high-risk areas.
• Monitor project status, progress, and deadlines, providing monthly updates to clients and executives.
• Oversee strategy for resource planning and task allocation within the project teams.
• Manage virtual teams, including recruitment, training, and team development.
• Support marketing and sales efforts by presenting workflows and services to clients.
• Assist with client proposals and RFPs to secure new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for new services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification.
• 10+ years of experience with a proven track record in project management.
• Experience in Fund Administration, Private credit, Private markets, and Asset Specialists.
• Experience in running workshops, managing the room, and designing operating models.
• Strong relationship management experience within financial services.
• Strong analytical skills in business analysis.

Benefits
