About the position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) or Project Director (PD) to lead software implementation and modernization projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project management, particularly within government or commercial sectors, and will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementation and modernization projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize agile methodologies to drive project success.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director for software implementation engagements.
• At least 4 years of experience leading modernization projects that involve upgrading or replacing legacy solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year managing agile-based projects using tools such as JIRA or equivalent technologies.
• Must hold a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile Certified Practitioner certification.
• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
