About the position

The Project Manager at Victory Media is responsible for overseeing media projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic approach to project management, focusing on client relationship management and collaboration across various teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, planning, and utilizing project management tools to enhance project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Utilize established SOPs to guide project fulfillment and ensure consistency in processes.
• Lead project implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met and projects stay on track.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build project budgets, develop media plans, and create engaging creative assets that align with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Bring a strategic mindset to project management, offering creative solutions and adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Work alongside the sales team to facilitate successful project hand-offs, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
• Manage the execution of email campaigns, overseeing content, design, deployment, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams, including creative, media, and content, to manage project execution and ensure deliverables are met.
• Drive project timelines, monitor progress, and manage budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Anticipate and address potential project challenges and roadblocks, offering innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management or client success, ideally within a marketing agency setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of client relationship management and client satisfaction.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with budgeting, media planning, and creative development.
