The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned capital projects at Dartmouth College. This role involves managing various projects, including minor renovations and faculty/staff relocations, with project values ranging from $25K to $3M. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, design, cost estimating, procurement, budget control, permitting, construction, scheduling, reporting, turnover, closeout, and problem-solving. The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including college divisions, outside vendors, contractors, and municipal agencies, while maintaining a strong customer service attitude.
