About the position

The Project Manager will coordinate and lead key project activities within an agile, continuous deployment environment, focusing on electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. This role involves managing project meetings, stakeholder communication, and ensuring effective project execution while monitoring budgets and managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing project meetings and stakeholder communication
• Coordinating with service integrators, partners, and vendors
• Monitoring and managing project budget and forecasts
• Overseeing risk, issue, and dependency management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a lead project management role
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• 3-5 years of experience in budget monitoring and forecast management
• Strong experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
• 3-5 years of experience working in agile and continuous deployment settings
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with business and management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Nice-to-haves

• PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
• Scrum Master Certification is a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and electronic equipment
• Familiarity with software languages like Visual Basic, Java, SQL
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support
