About the position

The IT Project Manager at Robert Half will lead and oversee IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from inception to deployment. This role requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to define project scope, set timelines, and manage all aspects of the project to meet budget and deadline constraints.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor and oversee complex IT projects to ensure their successful completion on time and within budget.
• Leverage deep SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) knowledge to ensure effective project methodology application.
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to clients and ensure all the project goals are met.
• Work closely with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create project schedules, define scopes, and set project expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage changes and facilitate the project methodologies, whether Agile or Waterfall.
• Resolve project issues and handle any risk or time constraint challenges.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and upper management regarding project progress and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation and updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed and project deliverables are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address project issues and risks.
