About the position

The Project Manager position at Robert Half involves leading and managing complex projects within the manufacturing and construction industries. Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, and scope.
• Leading project teams and ensuring optimal productivity and team performance.
• Using advanced project management software to track project progress and deliver results.
• Engaging and maintaining a high level of communication with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing robust mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, specifically within the manufacturing and construction industries.
• A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey project details to various stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
