About the position

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager, Service Team, and customers by ensuring effective communication and coordination of service tasks. This position is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing clear instructions to technicians, scheduling work, and ensuring timely completion and invoicing of services.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Service Manager, Service Team, and customers
• Determine all needs and act as liaison between customers and Service Manager
• Provide clear and precise instructions on the work order for technicians
• Estimate and schedule all required work
• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner
• Generate invoice for all work provided by service departments
• Collect payment in a timely manner
• Continuously meet ongoing company goals
• Available to work overtime when required to meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior marina experience preferred
• ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications preferred
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 20 pounds
