About the position

The Wireless Project Manager at KCI Technologies, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of wireless projects in North Carolina. This role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while utilizing design software like AutoCAD. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage project teams and maintain client relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of wireless projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create and review project designs for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, manage contracts, and oversee billing processes.
• Assemble and lead project teams, providing training and development to enhance staff skills and performance.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with local clients, identifying opportunities for new business.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with client expectations.
• Oversee the preparation of plans, technical specifications, and schedules, coordinating multiple design disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience in project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies, including micro, macro, and small cell.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Appropriate professional certification preferred.
