About the position

The Project Manager at PIPECARE will oversee operational projects in the oil and gas industry, focusing on pipeline integrity and resource mobilization. This role involves managing project budgets, ensuring quality control, and leading a project team to deliver results that meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Establish quality standards and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet industry requirements.
• Oversee contract negotiations, administration, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and ensure smooth transition to operational phase.
• Maintain customer communication and manage expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or relevant).
• Minimum 5 years of operation planning experience.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
