About the position

The Project Manager at MRISpokane will lead construction projects, ensuring effective execution, cost management, quality control, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project team to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
  • Oversee project financial management including estimate upload, cost control, productivity tracking, monthly forecasting, and billings.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of project scope and manage owner relationships.
  • Collaborate with safety director and superintendent to implement a project-specific safety culture and plan.
  • Identify and manage project risks while ensuring compliance with owner contract requirements.
  • Create and maintain the overall project schedule in coordination with the project superintendent.
  • Review scope and bid packages, including trade partner buy-out and ongoing cost management.
  • Support company initiatives involving innovation and Lean project delivery.
  • Assist with team member career development and conduct performance management reviews.
  • Lead the preconstruction effort with support from the preconstruction services team.
  • Assist with business development and marketing strategies, participating in SOQ and project interviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of related experience managing projects valued between $20M - $75M.
  • Designed-Build experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive team health and morale.
  • Strong decision-making and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), Procore, and Timberline (Sage 300).
  • Complete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
