About the position

The Project Manager will lead enterprise-level projects aimed at enhancing Service Account Management within an Agile framework. This role involves managing large project plans, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives while serving as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Leading enterprise-level projects to streamline Service Account Management processes.
• Managing large project plans, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and supporting the team in Agile practices.
• Communicating project progress, risks, and updates to executive stakeholders with a strong executive presence.
• Collaborating with technical teams to align project goals with system development requirements.
• Working independently to drive project milestones and meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a technical or enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple workstreams.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
