About the position

Grizzly Roofing is looking for a skilled Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring quality control and safety compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing and project management, with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure project success.
• Perform on-site inspections to assess project progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide progress updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial roofing project management
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Built-up, Metal, Mod-Bit...) materials, and installation as per manufacturers specs
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Estimating experience and ability to decipher financials of a project.
