About the position

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial bid gathering to project completion and handover to the customer. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors while ensuring effective communication and project management throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting relationships with clients, architects, and vendors to support continuous growth.
• Generate approved estimates for client contract creation and solicit pricing for projects.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings, managing design and pre-construction phases.
• Manage schedule updates through project completion and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Identify and implement cost and time-saving measures during construction.
• Schedule and lead weekly project team and client meetings to ensure project completion.
• Establish and monitor QA/QC processes with the superintendent.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project, including owners and inspectors.
• Champion timely project closeout, including punch lists and warranty walkthroughs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, construction management, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrated construction project management experience.
• Minimum of three years of ground-up construction experience.
• Proficient in Procore software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment with accuracy.
