Responsibilities

• Lead development-related projects with an emphasis on site design and municipal projects.
• Make design decisions and craft plans, permits, reports, and specifications.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations.
• Coach and direct team members with varying professional styles.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare proposals and manage project control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Professional Engineer with 4 or more years of experience in Colorado or 8-10 years of related experience in the development field.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS Pro.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
