About the position

The Drywall Project Manager position at GPac involves overseeing commercial drywall projects, ensuring accuracy in contracts, budgets, and communication with various stakeholders. The role is ideal for candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow within a reputable construction company, managing projects ranging from $500K to $10M.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts received and ensure accuracy.
• Hand off between PM and Estimator.
• Create, manage, and review project budgets, ensuring accuracy.
• Manage jobs from start to finish.
• Communicate daily with field SI's, GC's, Estimators, and additional PM's.
• Create and process RFI's, RFQ's, and Change Orders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial drywall experience, specifically in metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, trim, and door work.
• Experience with On Screen Takeoff, Plan Grid, and MS Suite.
• OSHA Certification (preferred).
