Project Manager

About the position

As a Project Manager at JR Automation, you will lead projects focused on delivering intelligent automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions. Your role will involve managing project scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating communication throughout the design and build process, and sharing best practices post-project completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for projects including scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating the design and build process.
• Report status updates during the project lifecycle.
• Share best practices and lessons learned after project completion.
• Promote cooperation, conflict resolution, and negotiation within the team.
• Understand the financial details and budget of each assigned project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management best practices and processes.
• History of managing customer contracts and relationships.
• Ability to negotiate, resolve conflict, and perform proactive decision analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP certification preferred, not required.
• Experience with MS Project, critical path analysis, and change management.
