About the position

The Project Management Office defines and maintains project management standards across an organization. PMOs are responsible for maintaining best practices and documenting project status and strategy in one place. The PMO centralizes information and delivers it to the right stakeholders. It is to ensure that management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project/s. The project specialist/manager is responsible for delivering the project. They lead, with authority and responsibility, to run the project on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain project management standards across the organization.
  • Centralize project information and deliver it to stakeholders.
  • Ensure management makes informed and timely decisions for project success.
  • Lead projects on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience as a Project Manager, Project Lead, or Project Assistant.
