About the position

The Rehancement Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Winchester, VA. This role is pivotal in executing project objectives and strategic direction, particularly in the realm of inventory and records management. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring that all project activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining a strong focus on quality review processes. This position requires an Active Top Secret Security Clearance, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work involved. In this role, the Project Manager will serve as a key facilitator between multiple teams, communicating the vision to both clients and project teams. The individual will oversee all project activities, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the project remains within budget. This includes administrative management and reporting of electronic data, as well as establishing and maintaining user lists, record types, and standard reports. The Project Manager will also be responsible for conducting management administrative tasks related to the contract and interfacing with government representatives to facilitate communication between TRG and the government. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory and records management functions, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in information and records management applications. A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required, along with an active DOD Top Secret Clearance. PMP Certification is preferred, but candidates without certification who are committed to obtaining it in the future will also be considered. The Project Manager will need to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage and lead large teams effectively. Responsibilities

  • Executes project objectives and strategic direction.
  • Performs Quality Review for self and Contractor team; recommends corrective actions.
  • Serves as leadership and communicates vision to client and project teams.
  • Acts as Project Manager for the inventory/records management teams, responsible for all project activities.
  • Monitors and assists with maintaining budget and human resources/staffing requirements.
  • Provides administrative management and reporting of electronic data.
  • Establishes and maintains authorized user list, record types, and retrieval profiles.
  • Conducts all management administrative tasks related to the contract.
  • Interfaces with Government, facilitating communication between TRG and Government.
  • Collaborates with HR/Talent Acquisition to hire and maintain staffing levels.
  • Manages Contractor employees' work schedules.
  • Provides monthly status and quality reports, including cost information.
  • Addresses productivity and professional conduct issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Manages additional employees and surge support as needed.
  • Ensures employees are held to productivity output standards and recommends corrective measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree and/or equivalent specialized experience in management required.
  • Active DOD Top Secret Clearance required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in information and records management applications is required.
  • PMP Certification preferred; will consider non-PMP certified with a commitment to future certification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing solutions across multiple complex tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience in managing and leading large teams is essential.
  • Experience in client relationship management and presenting metrics to clients in formal structure format is necessary.
  • Capable of performing quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final product and/or production.
