About the position

The Project Manager/Business Analyst will support various Salesforce initiatives within the utility industry, leading multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously. This role involves organizing and leading meetings, creating business requirement documents (BRDs), managing communication with stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain on track while adhering to IT and Salesforce best practices. The position requires collaboration with IT development, infrastructure, and business teams to meet enterprise risk management requirements and effectively translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support various Salesforce initiatives and lead 3-4 small to mid-size projects simultaneously.
• Organize and lead meetings to ensure project alignment and communication.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs) and provide project estimates.
• Manage communication with business stakeholders and keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with IT and Salesforce teams to follow best practices and meet enterprise risk management requirements.
• Identify opportunities to apply Salesforce technologies to business processes through research and fact-finding.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for contract/offshore resources and monitor their progress.

Requirements

• Experience leading projects, preferably using modified waterfall methodology or Agile.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business partners and technical teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management processes.
