About the position

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of projects related to the Department of Defense's 5G initiatives. This role involves driving technical excellence, managing contractor teams, and ensuring program milestones are met on time and within budget. The Project Manager will serve as the key interface between customers and the executive team, providing project status updates and managing risks associated with program execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-disciplinary team, including multiple subcontractors.
• Lead the team to ensure the production and delivery of a wide array of contract deliverables.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for diverse tasks performed by staff from multiple disciplines.
• Work closely with Government customers to maintain and grow business relationships.
• Communicate project status to customers and the leadership team.
• Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and partners to develop market insights.
• Interact routinely with Operating Group leads, functional managers, technical staff, and customers.

Requirements

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience with previous project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and successful execution of small multi-disciplinary technical teams and projects.
• Experience writing technical whitepapers or proposals.
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance or above required.
• US Citizenship is required.
