About the position

As a Project Manager at JR Automation, you will lead projects focused on delivering intelligent automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions. This role involves managing project scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating communication throughout the design and build process, and sharing best practices post-project completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for projects including scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate and facilitate the design and build process effectively.
• Report status updates during the project and share best practices after completion.
• Promote cooperation, conflict resolution, and negotiation within the team.
• Understand the financial details and budget of each assigned project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management best practices and processes, including MS Project and critical path analysis.
• Experience managing customer contracts and relationships, as well as indirectly managing teams.
• Strong listening skills and ability to develop trust and commitment with stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with automated manufacturing and distribution technology solutions.
• Familiarity with JR Project Execution Process (PEP).
