About the position

Garth Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Workflow Project Manager to oversee and optimize workflow processes within the organization. The role involves coordinating between departments, managing workflow management systems, and ensuring effective communication to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with experience in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage workflow optimization projects, ensuring the smooth integration and implementation of workflow management systems (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Organize and prioritize workflow processes across departments to improve efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication regarding project updates, deadlines, and changes.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, ensuring they align with company goals and client requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in workflows and provide actionable solutions.
  • Provide training and support to team members on how to use workflow management systems effectively.
  • Monitor the progress of workflow-related projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, ensuring that all team members are informed and engaged.
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports for senior management, highlighting progress and challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Workflow Manager with a focus on workflow management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • In-depth experience with workflow management software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on solutions and results.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
